Raw food diet
Rawism is not exactly a diet; it is more world view, ideology, alternative to progress. They are people which assert that our far ancestors ate only raw vegetables, eggs, meat and were ostensibly healthy. Rawism denies necessity of thermal processing of food as it destroys it useful properties. As well as in any serious business, there are a lot of subtleties in rawism. So, some of raw foodist suppose thermal processing of vegetables – that can irritate a stomach in a row kind (for example, onions scalding). Others eat bread is a product not raw, but necessary for us. Strict raw foodists – eat vegetables only, fruit, juice from them, nuts, cereals and seeds of oil cultures, and try not to mix them.

It is considered that Dr Bircher – Benner was the main developer of strict raw food diet
by creating in the 1890s an ideal breakfast for his patients in Zurich clinic – Bircher Muesli – the sweet dish combines fruits, nuts and oats.
The original recipe is the follow:
1 teaspoon of porridge oats fill in 3 teaspoons of cold water and leave overnight. In the morning add a grated apple, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and milk also add 1 teaspoon of grated hazelnuts. By your taste you can add raisin, berries, sesame or pumpkin seeds to fill with a yoghurt and honey mix.
Naturally, dairy products, as well as eggs, meat and fish, remain a stumbling-block – not only for vegetarians, but also for raw foodist. Whether to eat a meat, fish, eggs, sour cream – everyone decides for himself, the main thing is a benefit, not harm.
Beginning from small steps, for example, from refusal of boiled, fried, stewed vegetables, both of compotes, or of jam and chocolate, the person gradually starts to hear a voice of the organism which prompts, what desire is only a whim of the indulged stomach and what is necessity.
There are a lot of recipes for row foodists. The main principle of it is the food must be live, not dead. For example, salad: 2-3 red sweet pepper, a small bunch of sorrel, a handful of walnuts .Everything cut, mix up with parsley, salt- pepper by taste and add pair table spoons of unrefined vegetable oil and squeezed garlic .
In the same way it is possible to prepare meat, fish and milk. Meat is such as Carpaccio, fish is such as sashimi and non-pasteurized/non-homogenized dairy products, such as raw milk, rawmilk cheese, and raw milk yogurt.

Modern people spend most of their time working at their computers in offices. We drink coffee, eat pastries and finally look at ourselves in the mirror and find out that we have gained some extra, and absolutely unnecessary, weight. We start going to the gym, try to eat more vegetables and less candies, and sooner or later decide to try diet pills. But here we face a very difficult problem: there is an enormous amount of various diet pills brands. These diet pills differ in their ingredients and prices. And it is very hard indeed to choose one diet pill brand out of a huge variety that one can find on the shelf of a pharmacy. And this choice is really vital, because you certainly want a fit and healthy body. That is why we would recommend you to visit Diet Research. Secrets of the Mediterranean diet.
Mediterranean’s have luck: the sea, the sun, high-quality meal and wine. Everybody knows that vegetables, fruit, fish, meat and nuts are for the benefit of health. And the Mediterranean diet combines this all in itself. Last researches show that such diet is very good for heart and is good, as prevention of cancer diseases. If you cannot slim in any way then try this feed system. Its main pluses are course and balance. 30 % of consumed calories in a traditional Mediterranean diet are monounsaturated fats which contain in olive oil and nuts.

The Greek variant of the Mediterranean diet in the more use of vegetables, fruit and olive oil. These products contain antioxidants which as we know, are very good for us.
The main rule of the diet is – It is important to spend more calories, than you eat. The simple formula here operates:
Eat less + Move more = Lose weight
Principles of the Mediterranean diet
1. Fresh and healthy food. The basis in this feed system is made by fresh vegetables and fruit, cereals, nuts, greens, seafood, natural yoghurt, olive oil and red wine. The table is fit to each season .There are not any artificial grown up vegetables stuffed with pesticides. All only grown up on farms and kitchen gardens.
2. The control of eating. Mediterranean diet products are of the highest quality thus everything is used in the small portions. Olive oil and nuts keep a sense of fullness for a long time.
3. Healthful fats. Unlike many other diets, the Mediterranean diet does not put before itself a problem to reduce consumption of fats. However, she allows including in a diet only healthy fats: monounsaturated which contains in olive oil, nuts and avocado, and the fat acids Omega-3 are contained in fish of fat kinds (like a tuna, sardines, a trout, etc.).
4. Olive oil. Mediterranean’s use this oil everywhere where only it is possible. In a batch, paste, salads etc. It is the basic source of fats in this feed system. It replaces other oils which are less healthy for us.
5. Fat acids Omega-3. They are also very healthy to an organism, as well as monounsaturated which contains in olive oil, and reduce probability of neurologic diseases. These acids contain mainly in fat kinds of fish.
6. More vegetables, less meat. Initially, Mediterranean diet has been almost completely based on vegetables: tomatoes, broccoli, pepper, spinach, mushrooms. You should prefer vegetative food, and include meat in the menu not more often then 2-3 times a week.
7. 7. Wine. Italians, Greeks and other inhabitants of coast daily drink 2 glasses of red wine at supper. However, thus the quantity of the drunken alcohol is not much, no more than 100 gr. As you have already understood everything that you eat, should be broken for small portions. Red wine is very good for heart as rich with natural antioxidants which support good blood circulation and prevent formation of blood clots.
8. The minimum processing of food. Bread, paste, a potato, rice – key components of the Mediterranean diet. They contain fiber, vitamins, minerals and nutrients.
9. Fruit for a dessert. Forget about pies and sweets. The majority of inhabitants of coast of Mediterranean sea prefer fruit. They contain natural sweeteners, fibers, vitamins, minerals and nutrients.
10. Not a diet, but a way of life. The Mediterranean diet – a way of life. Finding of balance between a food and physical activity.

Take Responsibility for a Pet
When your child says that he/she want a pet they should be told that this is a very serious venture to have a dog or a cat. So this should be realized that pets need to be taken care of. If your child or you understand this – this is ok and you should seek for your “little brother”. Pets require our attention and care and this is undoubtful. You should also dedicate time to play with pets and to give them a treat. So you see that having a pet is just like having a kid. And you won’t pity the money being spent on you children, the same approach should be followed when applied to pets. You should always buy canned dog food or canned cat food for your pets in order they receive proper ration. Dry food is good but it is not always natural and you definitely won’t be glad to feed your pet with artifical food. Remember this when you come into a pet supplies shop and order food for your dog or cat.

Such a different French wines
Cecile, a friend of mine 74 years old French woman lives now in Jerusalem.
We are friends at about 10 years. She likes to have a supper with me and to tell stories of her life. All my knowledge about France, all my love to French cooking and wine – everything is her evening stories.
She is from Bourgogne, Dijon, from the area of famous French wine, French musturd, asparagus (also French) and escargot. They say there – The good dinner is better than a beautiful dress.
For ten years I eat the dishes which names are sounds like music for me.
- Beuf a la bourguignonne – Beef in the bourgogne manner – beef in sauce of red wine ,cognac.
- Lapin a la moutarde – rabbit in musturd sauce (famous dijon)
- Jambon persille – Boiled ham in jelly with parsley , coq au vin – cockerel in wine.
I tried everything except escargot – Cecile doesn’t like it.
I became a specialist in Franch cuisine and different sorts of wine – Chablis – white Chardonnay – it’s for fish; Montrachet, Nuits- St Georges – red, for beef; Clos Micot , Clos de penaux , Le Rugiens , Pouilly – Fuisse – golden yellow, green wine – for white meat, fish and cheese.
But it’s not a matter; the matter is there was something I didn’t know yet. It was something strange, not Bourgogne, but still French.
The matter was evening with Fat Bastard.

It was really unexpected. It was really against all the classical knowledge about French taste. Still it was good, it was French, it was Chardonnay wine. Some friend brings it from south as the funny present and it obtained my hart more then all the famous sorts of wine. I began interesting in name history and found out a lot of stories and a lot of unusual wine names. So it was the end of my snooty history, now, I think I really interesting in wine.
